Each year, thousands of people descend on Victoria Park in London, and it’s not just to jog, feed the ducks, or lie their single speed bikes on the ground then sit in the circles and play “Wonderwall” on an acoustic guitar from Tesco Extra. London’s premier park based rave up is now entering its fourteenth year of service, and this year Noisey will return as partners on a stage yet to be announced. But for now, Lovebox have revealed their main stage headliners for this summer’s two day bash (set to take place on July 15th and 16th). On the Friday, it will be Diplo’s digital dancehall, reggaeton, moombahton, everythingbahton trio of Major Lazer, and on the Saturday it will be the heart string tugging existential disco of the freshly returned LCD Soundsystem. We should also add, both of these are London exclusives, so if you want to catch either of these acts in the capital, you need to make Lovebox your mash up destination this July.
