To celebrate the NACT’s 10th anniversary (The National Art Center, Tokyo) French artist and architect Emmanuelle Moureaux transformed the Center’s 2,000 square meter Special Exhibition Gallery room into a Forest of Numbers.

To symbolize the NACT’s ‘next 10 years to come’:

More than 60,000 pieces of suspended numeral figures from 0 to 9 were regularly aligned in three dimensional grids. A section was removed, created a path that cut through the installation, invited visitors to wonder inside the colorful forest filled with numbers. The installation was composed of 10 layers which is the representation of 10 years time. Each layer employed 4 digits to express the relevant year such as 2, 0, 1, and 7 for 2017, which were randomly positioned on the grids. As part of Emmanuelle’s “100 colors” installation series, the layers of time were colored in 100 shades of colors, created a colorful time travel through the forest.
Born in 1971, France. Emmanuelle Moureaux is a French architect living in Tokyo since 1996, where she established “emmanuelle moureaux architecture + design” in 2003.

Inspired by the layers and colors of Tokyo that built a complex depth and density on the street, and the Japanese traditional spatial elements like sliding screens, she has created the concept of shikiri, which literally means “dividing (creating) space with colors”. She uses colors as three-dimensional elements, like layers, in order to create spaces, not as a finishing touch applied on surfaces.

We know it's cold outside. Still, that doesn't mean it's impossible to feel some warmth, an imagined dream of golden sun rays falling down from the sky and on to your head.

Presenting, then: Mista Silva's "Murder". Given that Mista Silva is pioneering figure in the UK afrobeats scene (and was nominated for his third MOBO this year), it's perhaps understandable that his latest track stretches toward the top level of a thermometer. That said, no one knew it was going to be this much fire.

Produced by Fanatix, "Murda" is an infectious, sweating banger that encapsulates why afrobeats has been popping off. "Back with the heat like sunburn", Silva raps on the intro, "kill everything that's standard". If you missed him perform at our Noisey Lagos party a week or two ago, you're in luck because the video for "Murda" is premiering via our YouTube below. You're into Live Music. You think Justin Bieber is "a load of pop rubbish." And you've got a record player, haven't you? You call it "my baby," because you don't have a girlfriend, and you're especially into rifling through boxes of records in charity shops, to see if you can unearth what you like to knowingly call "a gem" ever since that time you found an unopened copy of Definitely Maybe for three quid in a British Heart Foundation. You constantly tell people in the pub that this was "the best moment of your life," and you are only half joking.

So you, Real Music Fan are probably confused to hear that the volumes 1 through 35 of the NOW! That's What I Call Music compilation series (or as I like to refer to them, "my whole entire childhood") is now available to buy, on vinyl, as a set, from eBay, for the reasonable sum of £900. The set comes with nine spin-off compilations, so this is excellent value. "This isn't real music!" you cry. "This isn't even worth a fiver! I cannot believe that Boyzone have been committed to the sacred vinyl form!" You are extremely disappointed, and you, well – you have fired off an angry tweet.

Firstly, Real Music Fan, let me set you straight: Boyzone were better than all other music at the time. Yes, even the Arctic Monkeys! And secondly, I am forced to ask, if you, representative as you are of most people who buy vinyl, are not buying this fine collection of NOW! compilation vinyl, then who is? And I am left with only two options: either me (I am the only person I know who has a record player, only listens to pop music, and is willing to spend large amounts of money on a joke), or a particularly comprehensive wedding DJ.

Wedding DJs as a group do not need any more encouraging, so really there can only be one rightful owner. So if you would like these pieces of pop history to go to their proper home, to someone who will respect them and blast "Love Me For a Reason" to the point where her neighbours will want to kill her: I gratefully accept gifts and donations.

In the meantime, click here to read about that time we ranked NOW! compilations from worst to best, and listen to Boyzone below to get you in the mood:

For that reason I would like to share with you this: Alex Trebek, beloved old man host of the US television gameshow Jeopardy! rapping along to Lil Wayne, Drake, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and Desiigner, in a round of the programme titled 'Let's Rap, Kids!'

From this we can take away two things: 1) there should be a rap round of every single episode of Jeopardy! in the future because I nearly laughed up a lung at the "Panda" part, and; 2) Alex Trebek is a much better rapper than James Corden, who is dreadful.
For every sweet, there's a sour. For every yin, a yang. And for every Stormzy, there's an Ed Sheeran. One makes rap; one makes songs using the guitar.
They have now delivered the goods, however, and the full bill for the event – which will take place in east London's Victoria Park over the weekend of July 14 and 15 – is kind of a doozy. Friday will see Jamie xx and Mac Miller opening up for Frank on the Main Stage, as our very own Noisey Stage hosts Solange (!), Sampha (!) and Kaytranada (!), as well as BBC Sound of 2017 winner Ray BLK (!!).

Saturday takes a slight change of pace, with a headlining set from the barnstorming Chase and Status, and Main Stage support from Jess Glynne, Annie Mac and Raye. Over on our end of things, our Noisey Stage Saturday lineup will include headliner Andy C, backed up by Mist and AJ Tracey.

The 2017 event will celebrate 15 years of the festival, and therefore called for what the festival's organisers have called "the best lineup yet." Sounds about right, tbh. See the full lineup here, and get excited about being able to experience the majesty of Solange in a park that's walking distance from a Costcutter.

Allison Crutchfield still isn't entirely comfortable conducting interviews solo. The 28-year-old kicked off her career almost a decade ago, forming P.S. Eliot and latterly, Bad Banana, alongside her twin sister Katie (now best known as Waxahatchee), before going on to found scuzzy, 90s-leaning indie act Swearin' with longterm boyfriend Kyle Gilbride. The quartet broke out of the Philly underground in 2012, touring with Perfect Pussy, Potty Mouth and the aforementioned Waxahatchee, releasing two albums and one EP. They were on the up and up, and then, in 2015: finito.

"Yeah, we're done," says Crutchfield, nursing a cold brew in a cozy corner of a Williamsburg cafe, where we meet to discuss her newly released solo opus Tourist in this Town. "I guess I mostly made a solo record because Swearin' broke up. We haven't really [said anything], so I've been taking this opportunity to say we're over." Truly, it was a dissolution that took years, with the cracks beginning to form around the time of her 2014 solo EP, Lean Into It. "I was having a really hard time writing as Swearin' at that particular time," she Crutchfield. "I think I was feeling stifled by the constraints of that band and the way that we worked together."

The following year, in 2015 after five years together she and Gilbride split. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't easy for them, and it wasn't easy for the band either. "It wasn't like, me and Kyle broke up, so the band broke up," she explains. "After we broke up, we still played a handful of shows together. We had plans to keep going with the band, but after the initial shock went away, and it started to sink in, we realized we couldn't do it."

Since the band was a democracy, swift decision making wasn't exactly their MO, which is perhaps why their disbandment wasn't instant. The Philly four-piece played their last show in 2015 at Brooklyn's Gigawatts Festival, opening for Braid. By this point the ex-couple's relationship was extra frayed. One brutal car ride with her bandmates and one show later, Crutchfield decided she couldn't do it anymore. But there wasn't really a "we're broken up moment." She says: "It wasn't dramatic: it was just the end."

Although Swearin's split was bittersweet, the timing proved to be perfect for Crutchfield—she could finally commit to fully developing her own sound. Anytime she wasn't on tour with Waxahatchee, she was working on her solo music, which evolved into a marked departure from Swearin's rock-tinged rhythms. In Swearin', she'd write a song, demo it, and bring it to Gilbride who would change the chords up and add a crazy guitar solo. "It's a lot poppier," Crutchfield says of her solo LP. "These are the barebones songs that I would write. They were written in sort of a similar way [to Swearin's music], but the one major difference is that I arranged them instrumentally, which is something I didn't do in Swearin'."

Additionally under her solo guise the singer felt lyrically liberated. "In Swearin' I would write for me, but I was also writing for four other people," Crutchfield adds. "For instance, I couldn't write about wanting to break up with someone or having a crush on someone. I couldn't write that in a band with people I was so close with."

If Tourist in This Town feels like a diary entry, it's supposed to. Written during 2015 and recorded in Philly with producer Jeff Zeigler (Kurt Vile, Steve Gunn), the collection is a reflection of Crutchfield at her most raw. If you hear a little bit of Joni Mitchell in Crutchfield's songs, it's no accident. "I was very influenced by Blue because it's a breakup record about traveling through Europe, and I was doing those things in a way less glamorous way," she explains. She wanted Tourist in This Town to be more than just a pop record, so she pulled folk elements from Mitchell to inspire the narrative arcs.

"There's a level of fearlessness because I was in such a low place, and I didn't have to care about what my bandmates thought," Crutchfield continues. "It was purely self-indulgent: it was purely me." But the (synth)pop-fueled record was also precipitated by anxiety. "There was a lot changing, and I'm not a person who does well with change," she confesses. She had gone through a breakup, then the subsequent breakup of the band, then she moved out of her home; Crutchfield was in the midst of a major identity shift. However she could feel that her solo foray was something she had to do. Every hazy, dream-pop-filled piece of the record fits together like a puzzle because every song, lyric, and confession was intentional. "I knew I had it in me but I was so sad and so low and blowing up my whole life that I didn't know who I was at that moment," she says. "Having that [intention] helps you deal with the day-to-day sadness and anxiety. I don't want to say it saved me because it definitely didn't, but it's something that drove everything—knowing that I was going to go home and make this [record]."

Crutchfield's distress and anxiety is characterized most discernibly on gospel-influenced opener "Broad Daylight" ("I look at my reflection in the glossy table / I'm selfish and I'm shallow and unstable") and throughout "Expatriate." One of the last songs she penned, with her line: "I can't be involved in this, you were my only family / Now you feel foreign in a way, an expatriate," she succinctly and accurately nails the dissolution of a long-term romantic and creative partnership.

"[I wrote] 'Expatriate' when I was having a really intense moment dealing with stuff with Kyle. I went back to a time where we were both on tour with Waxahatchee together and it was so, so difficult. It was a really bizarre feeling to be so horribly sad, be on tour with my ex and watch this person change from being this partner I've been with for a long time, into being this single person who is also really sad and actively pulling away from me," Crutchfield admits. Still, time heals and she insists the two are friends now. "We can laugh at it at this point, but it was no laughing matter at the time," says Crutchfield. "After that tour I was in very, very intensive therapy."

While Tourist in This Town is finally out, Crutchfield was apprehensive prior to its release: "I'm proud of the record, but was nervous for people to hear it." Regardless of its reception, the singer's first LP under her own name surely won't be her last, but her love for songwriting may just lure her behind the scenes. "I'd love to write for Solange or Adele: people with huge personas and voices who really trust independent artists," Crutchfield says enthusiastically. "Something I really love about the pop world is that pop stars are turning to independent artists and producers and putting their faith in them. I love that they're giving visibility to independent artists."

For now Crutchfield will be taking her unflinching confessionals and her bleach blonde pixie crop on the road—traversing the States for the month of March—joined by newcomer and fellow member of the ever-burgeoning Philly scene, Vagabon. Who knows if Crutchfield will end up writing for the world's biggest pop stars, but this solo sojourn being another installment in her already diverse oeuvre. "I feel really lucky that I can do this now," she admits.

Harris has since been teasing the track over Snapchat, and now a clip has emerged that seems to confirm not only that the two have joined forces, but that Offset of Migos (and, more importantly, of "Lick" fame) will be rounding off proceedings. How Calvin Harris makes friends with these people is, truly, beyond me, however I am willing to set aside this confusion if it means that new Frank is coming soon.

From what we can hear so far, the as yet untitled track sounds more like an upbeat Frank track, tempering Harris' usual balls-to-the-wall banger mood. With the addition of Offset I'd imagine it'll be a radio mainstay if it ever sees the light of day, so get used to it below:

"Love" contains everything that's made the New Yorker a captivating presence over the past half-decade. It's sultry and sweet and so shamelessly, apocalyptically romantic that its chorus is laced with gunshots.

The Rich Lee-directed video for "Love," released this morning, is all of those things but dipped in sepia, and stuffed into the front seat of a busted Oldsmobile. An old car floats around space; Del Rey winks at the camera; everything is in slo-mo, even when it isn't.

"In My Way" faithfully follows the Speedy Ortiz mantra, leading with its poppiness and then flipping it at a moment's notice. Cage played amplified cacti with a feather, consulted the I Ching as a compositional directive, and, in the case of the aforementioned 4'33", dedicated an entire piece to the observation of silence—when he said everything, he meant everything. Cage radicalised our conception of music and, in doing so, he gave future creators permission to do just about anything.

Brian Eno is one such creator. Throughout his career, he's adopted various Cagisms and merged them with more popular streams, using outré techniques to make art music more accessible to mainstream listeners—or, depending on your perspective, to make conventional pop music more interesting. After leaving Roxy Music in the early '70s, Eno began exploring an experimental style that would come to be called 'ambient'. Without the Cagian groundwork, it's unlikely his ambient music would have gained much traction—and perhaps he would have never pursued it all. But it was there and he did, and today we recognise Brian Eno as ambient music's most essential figure.

***

Eno's new ambient record Reflection arrived on the first day of 2017. According to the self-written press release, it's the "latest work in a long series" that extends back to his 1975 record, Discreet Music. The entire ambient genre parallels Eno's timeline because where Eno went, ambient went too. A handful of German bands (Popol Vuh, Tangerine Dream) were toying with ambient sounds before Eno, and the idea of background music has existed since 19th-century composer Erik Satie imagined something called furniture music, but Eno is unassailably ambient's godfather. Before him, ambient sounds were just swathes of noise without a home. There was no explicit term or function for "ambient," and it wasn't until the arrival of his 1978 record, Music for Airports, that the music and its motives were delineated.

"Ambient music must be able to accommodate many levels of listening attention without enforcing one in particular; it must be as ignorable as it is interesting," Eno wrote in the album's liner notes. In Music for Airports, Eno's compositions relied on improvisational exercises and chance. After recording his musicians improvising, the producer listened to the takes and discovered bits of melodic lines that intersected in interesting ways. He looped them, phased them, slowed them down, and whittled everything into protracted meditations on sound and life. He curated moments of chaos.

Like Cage, Eno has often genuflected to randomness. His Oblique Strategies, a deck of cryptic cards intended to help overcome creative block, was partially inspired by Cage's I Ching divination, and it served as a method for creating randomised sound solutions. But Eno does not adhere to chaos alone—he allows his voice to shine through. In a 2005 interview, Eno established this distinction between Cage and himself:

"John Cage … made a choice at a certain point: he chose not to interfere with the music content anymore. But the approach I have chosen was different from his. I choose to interfere and guide... The music systems designed by Cage are choice-free, he doesn't filter what comes out of his mind; people have to accept them passively. But my approach is, although I don't interfere with the completion of a system, if the end result is not good, I'll ditch it and do something else."

What Eno is alluding to is "generative music," an approach to composition he's been using for his ambient records since Discreet Music. To create his generative systems, Eno feeds sounds through algorithms in software of his own design. The string of resultant music is endless and ever changing, subject to the software's infinite permutations. To make Reflection, the producer spent many days and weeks listening to his output, examining its interplay with life in various situations and then adjusting it to his liking. "It's a lot like gardening," Eno wrote. "You plant the seeds and then you keep tending to them until you get a garden you like."

***

As is the case with cultivating a garden, writing music isn't a terminable process. We only think of it that way because of the static nature of the record—especially physical records—but music can continue to grow and change after its initial release. Leonard Cohen continued to work on "Hallelujah" for years after he first released the song in 1984. And Kanye has infamously used his administrative Tidal privileges to release numerous updates to The Life of Pablo. So, what if we thought of a recording as a midpoint rather than as a terminus?

This is how we should consider Reflection, which is just one of the midpoints in Eno's generative system. The single 54-minute piece has layers and ideas that appear to be constantly changing, but, of course, it's the same 54 minutes of change every time it's played. To create an actual generative experience, Eno supplemented the release by offering an app that is truly endless and ever changing. The algorithms shift slightly each time the app is opened, resulting in an unending variation of Eno's album. The $40 asking price is steep, but what you're paying for is an interminable experience. It's like "sitting by a river," Eno wrote. "It's always the same river, but it's always changing."

The version that Eno chose to give us opens with reverberating bell tones. They are recognizable—marginally evocative of Zeppelin's "No Quarter"—and yet arcane, like shimmering afterthoughts or secrets withheld. Reflection is arrhythmic and unpredictable but still intentional in its unfolding. Its textures, richly made, gain gravity as sounds emerge to fill out the frequency spectrum. Subtle bass pads rise from the depths. Glimmering synthesisers fly above. Pay attention and you'll fall beneath its spell, lost in transcendent reverie. Let it be, though, and it will simply be, facilitating the inner machinations of your subconscious; or perhaps it will simply float by, as ignorable as it is interesting.

***

Eno accompanied the January 1 release with an impassioned Facebook post as an addendum to what he called "a pretty rough year." The ample post is meant to drum up much-needed resistance. "This is the start of something big," he wrote. "It will involve engagement: not just tweets and likes and swipes, but thoughtful and creative social and political action too." He doesn't mention the album, but as it arrived on the same day, we must interpret the expressions as a pair.

Since Reflection is soft, languid, and ostensibly docile, it's tempting to note some dissonance between Eno's post and his music. We might ask: is Reflection simply an opus of escapism that allows us to momentarily shield ourselves from the ceaseless onslaught of shit that's inundated us since Bowie died last January? It could certainly function as that, but I don't think that's what it is.

Reflection, as a concept, is a clarion call for action. Action should be necessitated by reflection, not the other way around. It's that other way around that has incited an epidemic of what Eno called "kneejerk nationalism." It's the reason people "grabbed the nearest Trump-like object and hit the Establishment over the head with it." It's the divisive spur deepening the chasm between our supposedly antithetical identities: Republican vs. Democrat, rural vs. urban, capitalist vs. creator.

In the press release, Eno went further and divided creators into two more seemingly opposite identities: farmers and cowboys. Farmers "settle a piece of land and cultivate it carefully." Cowboys "look for new places and are excited by the sheer fact of discovery." Eno once thought himself to be more cowboy than farmer, but he reconsidered when he realised Reflection belongs to a series that has been running for more than 40 years. Given some reflection, most of us would probably realise we contain more of the other than we think, too.

***

I made the trek to D.C. on January 20 bear witness as all of these identities converged. On Inauguration Day, I saw protest groups occupy the downtown area's squares. I saw hoards of Trump supporters filtering through the streets that connect them. I saw Richard Spencer (before he got punched in the face) standing on a corner sputtering facile defences against protestors' claims that he's a Nazi. An hour later, I returned to that same corner and found Jill Stein quoting MLK. The division was there, evident in minor outbursts and identifying insignia, but mostly people were just walking on city streets, observing, wholly unbothered by their proximity to the other.

The night before, we watched an inauguration concert that seemed more reality TV competition than cultural celebration. Trump was notably unable to attract any artists that illustrate the "incredible wealth and beauty of American popular music," as the New Yorker's Adam Gopnik wrote on January 13. That inability is revelatory of a deep "abyss between the man about to assume power and the shared traditions of the country he represents," he continued. "There is no music in this man."

As if in affirmation, in his inauguration speech, Trump didn't mention any of the traditions that have led us here and brought us together. Instead he spun incendiary tales of "American carnage," suggesting division from our past and isolation in our future. "From this day forward," he said, "A new vision will govern our land. From this day forward, it's going to be only America first, America first."

Those words feel like the birth of an ominous new era, but this day has been a long time coming. "I wonder if it's the end—not the beginning—of a long decline," Eno wrote in his Facebook post. "Or at least the beginning of the end [of] a slow process of de-civilisation."

We are assuredly at some midpoint in this process. The world is fragile right now. Our systems are broken, and if life—like music, like gardens—is to stay an interminable process, we cannot sit passively by and let our systems generate the same piece over and over again. Like Eno, we should choose to interfere and guide. We need all of our permutations, so let's not waste time deciding who's on whose side. Let's collectively reflect and recognise that Trump isn't on any of them. He is neither farmer nor cowboy; he's a billionaire hiring billionaires to help billionaires—regardless of what he may say. If, as Cage said, everything we do is music, we should seek a leader that has it. We can't adjust the system as easily as Eno can adjust his, but we can still acknowledge that these end results are not good and that they need ditching.

Since Future quick-released his self-titled fifth album last Friday, the conversation has mostly revolved around "Mask Off," with its laid-back woodwind and throwback drug references. It's a cool song! But "Super Trapper" is a weird, writhing track that has the artist shifting his melodies around continuously, bristling against the repetition in the beat.

This morning, Future released the video for "Super Trapper." It has him being a boss, which is to be expected; there are lots of models counting money and lots of shots of our man dancing on the stairs of a very impressive mansion. Occasionally the camera cuts to a shot of Future against an aquarium background, rapping in front of dolphins. Dolphins are cool.

Led by the wandering mind of Jamie Stewart, the San Jose-bred group's experimental pseudo-pop has dealt in industrial goth and homicidal croons, bombastic gloom and wild distortion, never settling in one place. They've also been unfathomably prolific, nudging their sound forwards over the space of a dozen albums since their debut, Knife Play, in 2002. They've charged through taboos and soundtracked crippling depression by reimagining Nina Simone classics. They never settle for the expected.

FORGET, their 13th studio album, out February 24 but premiering in full on Noisey today, is another confounding, clattering work from the group. Produced by Deerhoof's Greg Saunier, John Congleton (Blondie, Sigur Ros, Sleater-Kinney), and Xiu Xiu's own Angelo Seo, it is at once their darkest and most easily accessible work to date. Lead single "Wondering" holds all of the industrial grandeur that the band has toyed with since its inception; "At Last, At Last" is anthemic at its peaks, terrifyingly paranoid at its lows. It runs the listener ragged before offering up the closer, "Petite," a stark and troublingly fragile acoustic track, Stewart's voice moving from a warble to a breathless baritone as cellos swirl and meander around him.

Stewart sent Noisey an email introducing the record:

Hello. If you are listening to this record, thank you. Tonight at a show in Florence I threw a cymbal in the air and it hit me in the forehead. It was a mess. There was a lot of blood all over but, it is fine. Just dumb and I guess a little funny. There is a song on FORGET that talks about getting hit in the head with a piano, a harmonica and a saxophone. Because of that, it seemed like I had to mention tonight's cymbal.

Last night, I was washing my socks in the sink at the hotel. When I was drying one with a hair dryer I dropped it in the bidet. For some reason this really bothered me, but I was already sort of drunk so who knows what was bothering me. Then I read about what a "Derby's dose" is and it made think about that people are destroying the earth because they know that they do not deserve to live on this miraculous planet. If you look up "derby's dose" you might think, well only white people don't deserve to live here. But, why would you want to live in place where it ever happened at all?

We made FORGET for you and hope very very very much that you like it."

Listen to FORGET in full below.

It's a triple-album of American standards that were originally made famous by Frank Sinatra, the continuation of a theme that Dylan's been playing with for half a decade now. "I Could Have Told You," the first single from the record, was a stoic but playful reworking of Sinatra's grandiosity, quietly playful beneath the grace and smoke. It was a loving, near-flawless reanimation of a beautiful Americana that risks erasure in a bastardised era.

On Friday, Dylan released the second single from the album. The Guy Wood and Robert Mellin-penned "My One and Only Love" didn't take off in its earliest forms, recorded first by Vic Damone and then Tony Martin in the late 1940s. But Sinatra's version of the track, as a B-side to "I've Got The World On a String" in 1953, pushed it into the public consciousness. Once again, Dylan translates the strings into slides, this time so delicate that they fall into the soft brass. His voice hints at something delicate, but it's slurred so beautifully over the horns that it dominates the mix. It's wonderful and you should listen to it below.

Their fifth studio album Human Performance had been out for three months and they were caught in the middle of a US tour. They played "Captive of the Sun," one of the more laconic tracks off of Human Performance; halfway through, legendary Houston rapper Bun B walked onstage and laid down a solid verse. And then he left.

Which, really, shouldn't be remarkable. But pretty much every time guitar music and rap music get together with any degree of earnestness, they create something ungodly, unpleasant, and corny. Think of three good rap-rock tracks right now. Go ahead. No, I'll give you a minute, take your time.

Yesterday, Parquet Courts and Bun B released the official version of "Captive of the Sun," complete with a lyric video animated by Parquet Courts vocalist and underrated genius Andrew Savage himself. So now we have to ask ourselves again: why is this good? Why isn't it as shitty as almost all other rap-rock?

It could be because Austin Brown's vocals, all 80s St Mark's post-punk, aren't all that far from a rap verse as is. It could be that "Captive of the Sun" has just the right sort of strung-out glory for Bun B to fall into. Chances are, though, that Parquet Courts and Bun B are just flat-out good enough to pull something like this off where literally millions of other people have failed.

Last week a few photoshopped images of a 2 ft tall Trump started trending on reddit. Once the first few images gained momentum it wasn’t long before flood gates opened and hundreds of photoshopped images found their way online. A ‘TinyTrumps‘ subreddit was born and the most popular images made their way onto Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

For what it’s worth, at 6ft 2in (187cm), Trump is taller than many world leaders and taller than his predecessor, Barack Obama (6ft 1in – 185cm). Although these Photoshops seem to be more of a jab at his ‘perceived’ persona than physical size.
